Emergency Services Telecommunication Authority

The Emergency Services Telecommunication Authority is a statutory authority that has the responsibility for the ongoing delivery of emergency communications to the public and Victoria's emergency service organisations. ESTA provides Triple Zero call taking and dispatches event information to the police, fire brigade, ambulance service and the SES.
